Just getting started on the internet? Well that sounds like me a few years ago. Everything about it is so exiting but it can definitely become overwhelming too. So when someone gives you a hand along the way you want to return that favor. That is what I would like to do today. Buy giving you some information that will guide you in a right direction.

You might find it hard to believe but picking out your keywords is the first step to creating a great website. It is just like writing a book you would not tell everyone the ending first. That is what we call being relevant because you stay with one topic. Take it a step further if your whole story were about birds! You would not suddenly change the topic to cats.

So your first keyword would be bird and continue building on that topic. What are all the things related or relevant to birds. How about a bird cage, bird seed and so forth as you are building your content pages. The most important part is your passion about your creation. Is this something that you know about or have done in your life.

Can you continue to create related content or information about the subject you have started writing about. Talk to anyone interested in creating something they have a passion to do. It takes a while to create a business, write a book, start a new social network. So you are ready to continue building your dream. I'd like to give you a head start!

Comfort Zone

Everyone has a distance in which they no longer feel comfortable and move. When we are in a crowded place our levels of comfort change. When we are in a familiar place we manage to readjust to this reaction.

Do you have someone that adjusts your comfort zone for you? Well, I do and I really had know idea of it until the other day at a busy shopping place. I began to approach someone about putting a courtesy bar on the conveyor at the checkout.

My partner thought I was being to pushy. She did not like me being to close to other people. I found out this was the case and I was not even aware of this feeling.

Comfort zones moves in different ways. You have a specific distance. Your companions have another distance that they want others to be limited too. I have extra protection that I did not know about until yesterday.

Life can be very complicated and I would like to talk about one more very dangerous area. Road rage is growing ever more dangerous in epic proportions. People are willing to endanger themselves and their passengers showing their anger.

How to use your turn signal? Who has the right of way at a four way stop? Merging into traffic on the freeway? People talking on sell phones slowing to a crawl in rush hour traffic. We need re-licensing exams for teens and elderly!

The comfort zone is shrinking throughout America with people in pain. People taking their frustration out on the world. Our city has an extra problem that has taken away our comfort zone. Not enough law enforcement for traffic stops.

Finally endangered people because of violence, theft and drugs. The neighborhoods where the only enforcement is controlled by thugs with guns.

Americans are very important!

The executive committee is taking great pride in evaluating what has happen during this regime. I call it a regime because the American people were used as pawns and being lead down the wrong path .

You have to know when to quit and take a new direction. Not continue down a path that spends billions of dollars and does not benefit anyone. I talked to an executive the other day that said his CEO would not be willing to take a cut in pay. The change that I was talking about was about energy conservation.

This is the way that life evolves we wait ten years and then try to fix the problem over night. Why should we be happy with vehicles that get twenty-five miles per gallon. We had cars that got 35 miles per gallon twenty years ago. Hydrogen fuel is a plausible energy source for our vehicles.

Especially when I see another oil tanker go down leaking four hundred thousand and nineteen gallons of oil into our water supplies. Today in the Senate I listened to one of our representatives petition for two billion dollars. The money was for people to stay alive.

They need the money to purchase heating and cooling for their homes. One shuttle ride costs fifty billion dollars. We need to stay ahead in science and exploration. If we park one shuttle or one trip in presidents jumbo jet. We could feed, cloth and shelter so many needy Americans.

Our congress is cleaning house! I am very proud to see our House and Senate take action. American people can take pride in our representatives. The majority do care about human life and the respect our hard earned tax money.

It is a privilege to live in America! When you look at what other countries have done to get the freedom. Just think about living in a third world nation for one day. No running water, No doctors all outside plumbing. Count yourself very lucky!

Woke up this morning!

Woke up this morning and we said: What are we going to do today? That is a very important decision. Most people know that they are going to work. We have to go to physical therapy. When we go there it will hurt us.

Our bodies can not twist that way anymore. Therapists are trained to keep your mind and body moving. Do you drink coffee? That is very bad for you, caffiene gives a false sense of happiness.

We need several different vitamins daily to keep our bodies healthy. We like only certain kinds of vitamins. We like Bubble Gum that is our surgar vitamin. Sugar of course is bad for you, it's sweet and that makes you happy too.

Anyway this therapist has us twisting our bodies in all kinds of contorsionist positions. This is good for us and it hurts very badly for days. We have to do these exercises. If we stop moving our bodies we will turn to stone.

Have you ever seen anyone with a muscular disease. They can not move their bodies in these twisting positions. So every time you go to your therapist. Tell them how wonderful they are to make you exercise.

Think seriously about what we are saying. Everyday that we sit here and do not go out and move our bodies. We slowly will start to turn to stone. These things sneak up on you, when your not looking.

Lets thank the medical profession for teaching therapist all these exercises. Lets thank all the therapist in the world for loving people. Thank you

We Eat To Much

What is it? Have you heard the statement: "My Eyes Were Bigger Than My Stomach". We are ready for a wonderful day to join our families to eat and be merry! The men of course have one thing on their minds the game.

What time and what channel is the game on? The children all scurry to the door to greet every guest that arrives at our door. The children played with love and laughter in their hearts all day long.

Because no matter how we try, we only get together at certain times of the year. The game starts and you hear the thunderous cries of all the men as each play passes. We turn up the volume and the room is all like a buzz.

Its wonderful to hear everyone making conversation as the day goes along. Finally we all sit down to dinner and see all the happy faces, pass the potatoes please! Where is the turkey some one asks its coming hold your horses please!

So another wonderful Thanksgiving day passes you can hear it their voices the laughter and fullness of their hearts. These were very happy times I wish would never end. Towards the afternoon we eat our last piece of pie.

It is always fun to get pictures of our elders falling asleep in their chairs. The game comes to an end and everyone starts to leave. I love the way everyone pitched in to help keep the kitchen clean.

The woman folk of this family always treat us like we were kings. This holiday passes and we wait for the next one to come in. This is going to be a joyful time because the next celebration is the birth of our king.
